Nora Espinoza is a New Mexico State House Representative, representing District 59 which includes Chaves, Lincoln and Otero Counties.

In 2003, Espinoza graduated from the New Covenant International University with a BA in religious education.

She works as a protocol liaison and Cadet service Coordinator for the New Mexico Military Institute.

Espinoza has been a member in the State Executive committee and the Uniform Stat Rules committee. She was the president of the Republican Women of Chaves County from 2004 to 2006. From 2003 to 2005 Espinoza served as the second vice chair of the Republican Party of Chaves County.

She serves in the Education committee and the Transportation and Public Works committee.
