New Mexico State House Representative Paul C. Bandy, represents District 3.


He serves on several committees including the Energy and Natural Resources Committee and the Judiciary Committee.  He is the president of the San Juan Basin Livestock Association and the treasurer of the San Juan and Water Conservation District.

Bandy attended the University of Houston and the University of Texas at Austin.

Representative Bandy is married to his wife Mary Catherine and they have 4 children, Mary Beth, Matthew, Robin and Lysandra.
