An act relating to government accountability; creating the state inspector general and the office of government accountability; providing powers and duties; providing for program evaluation by the legislative finance committee of agencies and entities that receive state funding; providing for the receipt and protection of confidential material by the legislative finance committee; transferring duties of the office of education accountability of the department of finance and administration to the office of government accountability; eliminating the office of education accountability; transferring the duties of inspectors general, internal audit and accountability functions from certain agencies to the office of governmentaccountability; providing for transfers of functions, personnel, appropriations, money, property, contractual obligations and references; amending, repealing and enacting .
