Relating to higher education; prohibiting general fund distributions to public post-secondary educational institutions that have colleges of education or teacher perparation programs that do not instruct students in how to teach reading that is based on scientifically based reading research and the science of reading and which courses are aligned with state reading standards and meet other requirements.

the teachers there should go back to school at night and then they can get there funding back or fire the old teaher and bring in new teachers and because it dose not matter if they have money or not the teacher is the one who is teachering them. they spend to much money on stuff that they dont need.
