Relating to elections; allwoing a political party to nominate any qualified candidate to run under its part;y name in an election. Allwoing a candidate's name to appear more than once on a ballot. Amending and repealing section of the NMSA 1978 and reconciling multiple amendments to the same section of law in Laws 1993.
