Postal Service returns 4,500 tax bills

SANTA FE (KRQE) — Missing your property tax bill? A lot of Santa Fe County property owners are.

The Santa Fe County treasurer says about 4,500 tax bills have been returned as undeliverable by the Postal Service.

If you haven't gotten you tax bill, it's likely you haven't paid and you could face penalties.

The treasurer's office has a list of the returned tax bills on the Santa Fe County Treasurer website .

The deadline for making at least the first half of the annual tax payment is Dec. 10.
