Gary Johnson's Libertarian bid

SANTA FE (KRQE) — Former New Mexico governor Gary Johnson is making the switch from the Republican Party to the Libertarian Party in his bid for the presidential nomination.

Johnson has been snubbed numerous times being left out of most of the republican debates.

Johnson told the website Politico that he's "still in the race" and will make a formal announcement at a press conference one week from Wednesday in Santa Fe.

This could teach the GOP a needed lesson as well as set the groundwork for a viable third party, hopefully leading us away from the two-party gridlock we endlessly suffer. Maybe Obama will get the message too.
