APD commander says officer shootings others' fault

APD Foothills Area Commander Cliff Saylor wrote a letter to neighborhood leaders saying blaming APD for officer-involved shootings is "absurd" and many other factors play a role. Family members of victims say Saylor's email is pointing the blame where it doesn't belong.  more »
